Yesterday was Christina’s birthday and our pal Alex suggested doing a parody of Norman Rockwell’s famous Freedom from Want painting- his bat-fox fella is the photo bomber in the bottom corner and I went ahead and made all the rest of the cake recipients Rosies because I could. Happa birthda!! No Steves allowed!
Rede4bed graciously commissioned me to sculpt her friend’s character as a gift to him- (Thank you so much again!)
This regretfully suffered some damage on the journey across the country so I think if I do any more in the future I’m going to try to make them a bit smaller. I’m also going to stop covering the boxes in “FRAGILE” because that is probably just asking for disgruntled postal workers to use it as a football out of spite.
Thank you so much again for the commission, though, and I really hope the recipient enjoys it!
If Lil Bub was in Animal Crossing I would want her in my town always. She’s going to be in New York City next week and that’s only a few hours away from me but I can’t go there so I’ll just be happy that we will both in the same state on that day. LIL BUB!
