Anything I’ve ever animated on paper has been drawn on little 2.75” x 4.25” strips. I cut a sheet of printer paper in half, then cut the halves in half, then cut those halves in half too! One sheet of paper makes 8 frames. This was a rough test using the webcam instead of scanning.
Happy birthday Sarah! I love you so much! <3
(this is an animated adaptation of a comic I drew in 2009)
Sarah gave Snapps another festive sweater the other day that actually fits him! No longer will he suffer the humiliation of hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-hand-me-downs! (there are six sleeves and that’s one bad joke)
snapps that sweater is hideous and you are not a christmas tree take those lights off!
snapps belongs to mij!
Ohhhhhhh! I don’t know if it was intentional, but his eyes match the shape of those lights and look like they could start glowing with them too! I love how you drew him all lanky and hunched! He makes such a lovely decoration and sweater model haha. I think it’s great we both incorporated the ugly Christmas sweater theme into these without even knowing! Thank you SOOOOO much!! <3
